PRODUCT LABORATORY
The laboratory was established in August 2021 and has a number of testing engineers with professional background and rich practical experience. It is equipped with advanced testing instruments and equipment such as washing fastness tester, full-automatic fabric shrinkage machine, rubbing fastness tester, perspiration fastness tester, dry cleaning tester, low temperature and cold resistance tester, aging tester, yellowing resistance tester, constant temperature and humidity tester, computer servo control universal material tester, and buckle fatigue resistance tester.
The scope of detection covers the use of footwear, clothing products such as drip plastic, silicone, hot label, hook and button tape, TPU, hemming tape and other auxiliary materials, according to international standards, domestic standards for physical and mechanical properties, aging properties, chemical properties and other aspects of testing. Strong technical force, testing experience, the establishment of a sound quality management system, has been built into a domestic, industry advanced laboratory.
